Your portrait sitting can be done in your own home, in studio, or on location.

Howard's photographs will show you at your best. The process begins with discussion about appropriate clothing, make-up and colour choices that coordinate with the background. Hair and make-up service can be arranged. Your portrait sitting will then be carefully crafted with individually customized lighting and posing following classical techniques. Howard is skilled in the use of digital post-processing and will hand retouch each and every portrait. Retouching operations include teeth and eye whitening, skin smoothing and blemish removal, straightening of smiles and sometimes even a little digital "liposuction" (it's painless!).

Portraits are usually provided in the form of prints on archival photo paper plus image files for web and email use.

Alternative output media such as full resolution image files, prints on metallic paper or canvas, and matted or framed prints can also be arranged. Canvas prints can be provided as gallery-wraps, ready to hang or can be mounted in floating frames.
